This polystyrene 384-well low flange flat bottom microplate comes without a lid and is generic barcoded. Enhanced molding process reduces autofluorescense, gives higher signal to background ratios, lowers CVs, and provides a consistent meniscus from well to well for a more robust assay. Enhanced flatness provides low intra- and inter-plate CVs, and is automated liquid dispenser friendly. Low flange base is designed for bar code customization and robotic handling. Ideal for todays more sensitive assays and microplate readers. It has 20% higher signal to background (S:B) ratio than other leading microplates due to increased signal strength and reduced autofluorescence. Superior bottom flatness (~100m) reduces well to well variation. Larger growth area for cell-based assays.
